so yeah, had another panic attack today, that was fun. my dad kept getting on my case about going to a counsler's appt. tomorrow and i kept arguing with him about it and i finally couldn't take it anymore and i started shaking and breathing really hard and crying. it was bad, i'm not too fond of my dad right now and i really don't want to go to that apptment so i think i'm gunna skip it and then get yelled at later but i really don't care right now cuz i just don't want to go anyways my night has been shit and ima go to bed. so good night
